【Product Story】
Fiano white grape is an indigenous grape variety from Italy, originally grown in the southern regions of Campania and Sicily. Now, the Fiano grapes cultivated in the Puglia region are renowned for their quality. This grape variety has a very rich floral and fruity aroma with hints of honey, and it reaches excellent ripeness. Master of Wine Jancis Robinson has even stated that it has significant aging potential. Unfortunately, Fiano grapes have thick skins, low juice content, and low yields, which greatly reduces farmers' willingness to cultivate them. However, the Mountain Fox Winery, adhering to the belief in preserving tradition and the passion for innovation, has invested a great deal of effort in winemaking techniques and modern equipment, all to revitalize this classic local grape variety and satisfy wine lovers around the world who crave Fiano grapes!
This wine is crafted using hand-picked grapes, low-temperature soaking, gentle pressing, and slow fermentation at low temperatures, followed by aging in stainless steel barrels, resulting in an extremely elegant traditional model!
