【Product Story】
Le Guishu is the first winery in France to brew wine from rice. The owner, Olivier Sublett, comes from a Bordeaux winemaking family and possesses rich knowledge and practical experience in winemaking. Olivier uses pure, natural, and unpolluted rice sourced from the Camargue region in southern France. The biggest difference between French rice wine and Asian rice wine is that the rice grains are not polished after being ground; instead, whole raw rice is soaked in water to soften and then fermented, as winemaker Olivier believes that the outer layer of the grain also contains rich flavors.
Le Guishu employs a new brewing method called "Assemblage and Fusion" to create a wine with a more pronounced grain flavor, focusing more on the "technique" of brewing rather than just simple winemaking. Although about 70% of the main ingredient comes from Camargue rice, it fully showcases Le Guishu's innovative concepts in brewing techniques. It also blends in 30% Chardonnay white wine from the Cognac region, giving this wine a richer character and golden hue, while adding a touch of acidity and balance to the overall flavor.

Aroma: Elegant white floral aromas waft in, accompanied by hints of grapefruit and pear, with rich fruit flavors that are surprising!
Palate: Fresh citrus combined with charming beautiful white flowers creates a delicious and delicate body, reminiscent of an aperitif from Provence.
Food Pairing: Recommended dishes include foie gras, smoked sausage, sauced meat dishes, or blue cheese, Camembert soft cheese, and even dessert like French crème brûlée, all of which are truly impressive!
